In March 2018 Eastcomtrans LLP received permission to carry out routine uncoupling repair of freight cars with the assignment of stamp 4290.
In July 2018 permission was obtained to carry out the current repair of wheel sets of freight cars.

Defined development plan of car repair enterprise Kulsary
which includes construction:
- New railway tracks, their total length will be 5 km
- Development of wheel-roller shop (second wheel-turning machine)
- Reinforcement of current uncoupling repair (creation of 16 repair positions)
- Washing and steaming station
- Paint-drying shop
- Sandblasting shop
- Expansion of storage areas for the organization of a trading platform for spare parts
- Office, hostel for 50 people
Defined development plan of car repair enterprise Kostanay
Restoration/repair of production workshops of the car repair enterprise Kostanay for its re-equipment under the car-repair enterprise, target performance indicators started:
- - Current repair of cars: 5000 units per year
- - Current / medium repair of wheel pairs: 6000 units per year
- - Depot repair of wagons: 2500 units per year
Ordering a wheel lathe
agreements have been reached with RAFAMET (Poland, Kuznia-Ratsiborska) on the production of the UBB112 wheel lathe (Видео) – its delivery is expected in November 2018. It will be placed on the car repair enterprise Kostanay.
The acquired property complex
the former "LRD (locomotive repair depot) Kostanai", adjacent to the railway station Kostanai at "Kamkor Locomotive".
Purchased Locomobile and Kamaz
purchased and put into operation of the vehicle:
- KAMAZ 15t (model 45143-012-15) for transportation of spare parts, wheel sets
- Lokomobil (KRT-1 on the basis of the tractor XTA-208, XTZ-150K) allowing to do shunting works to 54 empty wagons
Supply and installation of equipment
began delivery and installation of equipment manufactured by "Energoservis", needed to strengthen the plot of current uncoupling repair and wheel-roller shop of car repair enterprise Kulsary. Vibration diagnostics "Expert D" was installed, flaw detectors UD-4-76, VDZ-71 and MD-12PS were purchased.

Agreements have been reached with Energoservice LLC
about the beginning of deliveries of the equipment for increase in volume of repair of cars and wheel sets.

Acquired property complex at LLP Gimarat
adjacent to the Kulsary railway station. Total land area: 7.5 ha. Together with Remlogistics, the current uncoupling repair section and the wheel-roller shop (running repair of the wheel set) was launched. Turning wheel sets carried on the machine "KZTS 1836".
Decided to create its own car repair base
The Supervisory Board decided to create its own car repair base in the territory of Kazakhstan, identified target regions for the search/acquisition of production sites.
